Tracy Cooper PhD
Transformational Coaching for Leaders
I work with global companies to develop leaders to their highest potential, taking a whole person approach, engaging with both the professional and personal realm. Working together is a collaboration to bring a leader to the edge of their finest thinking, and beyond. Through deep listening, presence and generative attention, we build a strong partnership of trust and support, exploration and challenge. We identify the opportunities for next level growth, and an enhanced work and life. In this supportive and compassionate learning space leaders are able to access the depths of their resourcefulness and invention, creativity and courage, in order to make the changes in the world they want to bring. Robust challenge, alternative perspectives and accountability support the leader as they make plans and move into experimentation and action.
About Me
As a Psychologist for more than 25 years, I have worked in research, as a lecturer, a counsellor in Adult Mental Health, and for the last 10 years as an Executive Coach. I have extensive experience of coaching clients in technology, engineering/manufacturing, media/publishing and finance sectors in Europe and North America. My formal education includes a PhD in Psychology (Cognitive Neuroscience); I am a Chartered Psychologist; a member of the British Psychological Society, the Association for Coaching and the International Society for Coaching Psychology; I am a Board Certified Coach (Center for Credentialing and Education, USA) and a certified Time to Think Coach.
I love being in the outdoors and spend half the year in the South of France where I engage in rock climbing, cycling, running and skiing with my husband Chuck. My dogs and cats, meditation and yoga practice help to keep me grounded.
One-to-One Coaching
I work with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors. I help leaders to identify their next level of development, uncover insights about what's holding them back, and understand how to make the desired developmental shift. We explore what new skills or ways of being might be called for in their current, ever more complex, reality and how they and their teams can navigate the future more effectively.
Some of the clients I have worked with
The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first.
Nancy Kline
The most courageous act is still to think for yourself. Aloud.
Coco Chanel
No doubt another may also think for me; but it is not therefore desirable that he should do so to the exclusion of my thinking for myself.
